Mahala is a dynamic and roused Project planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning expert  with over 15 years of experience in designing and implementing MEL systems for donor-funded programs across various sectors including Health, Education, Food Security, Youth Empowerment, Gender Justice, Economic Justice, and Rural Livelihoods. With extensive expertise in MEL, Mahala brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the table. Mahala is adept at designing and applying various MEL systems to ensure the delivery of high-quality results and reports, thereby enhancing program implementation and achieving intended outcomes.

Innovative and consultative by nature, Mahala continuously seeks new approaches to address programmatic challenges through the strategic application of monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning systems. Ngoni Samuel Mamvura

Ngoni Samuel Mamvura is a dedicated advocate and practitioner in the fields of Forensics (Financial & Biological Investigations), Governance, Anti-Corruption Solutions, Anti-Human Trafficking, Transparency & Digital Democracy in the Public Sector, Cognitive Psychology, and Information & Security. With a strong passion for global security and the advancement of the African community, he leverages emerging technologies to drive positive change.

An alumnus of the Geneva Centre for Security Policy, Ngoni is currently pursuing studies in Forensic Accounting & Psychology, further deepening his expertise in his areas of interest. He is notably one of the founding developers of Citizens WatchApp, a startup focused on developing anti-corruption digital solutions, funded by the US Department of State and CIPE through Accountability. Additionally, he is actively involved in developing an Anti-Corruption Information Sharing and Analytics Center/Database called ACISAC.

In his capacity as a Director of Future First Foundation and a Business Development team member of Carifika, an international NGO, Ngoni contributes to advancing global security and community development initiatives. His extensive involvement in international and regional programs and associations underscores his dedication to innovative solutions in combating corruption.

Ngoni’s achievements include being named a Hack Corruption 2022 Winner for Southern & Eastern Africa and serving as a speaker and panelist for the Southern Africa Anti-Corruption Collective Action Forum 2023. He has also participated in high-profile events such as the African Union-ECOSOCC-Citizens Forum on Democracy & Digital Governance 2023, NATO Youth Summit, and the Global Internet Forum On Anti-Terrorism.

Furthermore, Ngoni’s commitment to transparency and accountability is evident through his involvement in initiatives like the GIZ-South Africa Transparency, Integrity, and Accountability program (TIP) and his membership in various international associations. Patricia Gomes de Almeida is a lawyer with many years of experience in Civil Law, Contracts, Corporate, Investments, Oil and Gas, Infrastructure and Construction, admitted to the Portuguese and Angolan Bar Association, since 2000 and 2003 respectively. Representative of private companies in their strategic design, commercial implementation and business development, committed to providing high-quality services with independence, integrity and mutual respect with clients, partners and competitors.

Elsa Tchicanha

Legal and Business Integrity Specialist (English and Portuguese)
Innovative, ambitious and client-focused, as a legal and business development professional with experience in delivering sales as Legal Counsel and Senior Legal Associate. Elsa has utilised her insight to identify client needs and foster client relationships. She develops effective business relationships and achieve high-levels of satisfaction and retention, while also bringing over 14 years’ PQE experience working across consultancy, in-house and law firm settings, with expert knowledge of the Angolan legal system. Since May 2022, Elsa has acted as legal council, and is successfully leading the legal department of an international insurance company in Angola as a Consultant, with responsibility for Legal, Forensic, Regulatory, whilst also acting as the Company Secretary, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance with relevant laws and regulations, maintaining accurate and updated company records, facilitating communication between the Board of Directors and shareholders, and supporting the company to operate within the framework of legal and ethical standards. She is also responsible for investigating and addressing legal issues related to fraud, financial irregularities, or other misconduct within the company, identifying and analysing evidence, in collaboration with the relevant specialists in the company, conducted internal investigations and provided legal guidance to mitigate risks. Additionally, she is responsible for consulting and advising a portfolio of clients on a range of legal areas, delivering excellent standards of legal practice and service, drafting legal documentation, contracts, agreements and case information, managing caseloads as well as complete case lifecycles, while also aligning with case law and industry best practice, conducting legal research to ensure that the company with any recent change in the law, and reviewing and verifying relevant laws and procedures as well as assessing legal implications of cases.
