He also possesses post-graduate diplomas in Monitoring and Evaluation and Project Planning and Management. With over 15 years of experience, Gratian is an accomplished monitoring and evaluation expert, proficient in designing data management systems and producing evidence-based reports. His strong leadership and management skills, combined with his ability to adapt to diverse cultural backgrounds, make him an ideal candidate for the board.
