Gratian is a highly skilled and dedicated professional with a passion for promoting compliance, ethics, and integrity in organizations. With extensive experience in anti-corruption, compliance, monitoring and evaluation, and leadership, he brings valuable expertise to the board of an organization striving to promote corporate and institutional integrity in Africa. Gratian’s current role as the Principal Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the Inspectorate of Government in Uganda has allowed him to enhance transparency, accountability, and anti-corruption efforts in government development programs. He has developed a Compliance Monitoring and Evaluation System and leads training initiatives on code of conduct, ethics, and integrity for organizational staff

Gratian holds an International Master’s degree in Anti-Corruption Compliance and Collective Action from the prestigious International Anti-Corruption Academy. He also possesses post-graduate diplomas in Monitoring and Evaluation and Project Planning and Management. With over 15 years of experience, Gratian is an accomplished monitoring and evaluation expert, proficient in designing data management systems and producing evidence-based reports. His strong leadership and management skills, combined with his ability to adapt to diverse cultural backgrounds, make him an ideal candidate for the board. Gratian’s dedication to advancing anti-corruption research and practice further strengthens his contributions to the organization’s mission of promoting integrity across Africa.
